General

What is NextSpace?

NextSpace is a 14,000 sq ft meeting, event, and studio venue in North Scottsdale, Arizona — designed, built, and operated by Arizona's #1 AV and workplace technology company. Every room is engineered to perform, every detail is handled before you arrive, and a hospitality team is in the building every day. We offer meeting room rentals, corporate event space, executive offsites, and a full-service podcast and video production studio, all under one roof.

Who is NextSpace for?

Business professionals, executives, and organizations that need a polished, tech-ready environment for meetings, events, or content production. Whether you're hosting a two-person executive conversation, a 200-guest client reception, or recording a podcast series, we have the right space and team to support it.

Where are you located?

8399 East Hartford Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 — right off the 101 at Princess Drive. Parking is always free and included.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Events and special arrangements outside of standard hours can be discussed with our Experience Team.

How do I book a space?

Submit a request through the relevant page on our website — you can find all meeting room options at nextspaceaz.com/room-rentals, or reach us directly for events and studio bookings. Share your date, headcount, and what you're trying to accomplish and our Experience Team will match you to the right room, confirm the details, and send a calendar invite. Most requests receive a response within 24 hours — usually faster.

Do I need a membership or long-term commitment?

No memberships, no long-term commitments. Book when you need it. If your team meets regularly, we can set up a recurring arrangement that makes the whole process easier.

Can I tour the space before booking?

Yes — and we recommend it. Book a tour at nextspaceaz.com/book-your-tour and we'll walk you through every room so you can plan before the day arrives.

Meeting Rooms

What types of meeting rooms do you offer?

Private rooms for 2–4 guests (Create, Collaborate, Ideate, High Standards) — starting at $79/hour. Mid-size rooms for 6–8 guests (Brainstorm, Think Tank, Living Room) — starting at $119/hour. Boardrooms for 12–20 guests (Strategy Ridge, The Peak) — starting at $179/hour. Training rooms for 30–100 guests (Training Room, Training Center) — starting at $309/hour. Every room is private, AV-equipped, and set before you arrive. Browse all options at nextspaceaz.com/room-rentals.

What's included with every meeting room booking?

AV setup and testing, dedicated business-grade WiFi, on-site support, complimentary refreshments, free parking, and access to the upstairs lounge. Everything is ready when you walk in — you don't set up anything.

Can I book a room by the hour?

Yes. All rooms are available by the hour with no minimum commitment. Full-day and half-day packages are also available.

What AV technology is available?

Every room is designed and maintained by Arizona's #1 AV and workplace technology company. Rooms include 4K displays (some with dual screens), integrated video conferencing, built-in microphones, acoustic wall treatment, glass whiteboards, and built-in charging ports. Everything is tested before your session begins.

Do your rooms support hybrid meetings?

Yes. Cameras, microphones, and display systems are configured so remote participants feel like they're in the room. Hybrid-ready AV is one of our core specialties.

Can I book multiple rooms for breakout sessions?

Yes. We can configure multi-room setups for offsites or events that need both a main session space and breakout rooms. Tell us your format when you submit your request.

What types of meetings work best at NextSpace?

All of them. Client presentations, board sessions, team offsites, leadership strategy days, HR interviews, company trainings, vendor reviews, planning sessions — if it needs a private room where the technology works, we have the right space.

What makes NextSpace different from a hotel conference room?

Hotel conference rooms are built to serve anyone. NextSpace is built to serve your meeting specifically. The AV is engineered by the team that built this space, not rolled in on a cart. Our team preps every room before you arrive and on-site support is in the building all day. No shared lobbies, no catering carts rolling past your session, no noise from the room next door. This building exists solely for this purpose.

Corporate Events

What types of corporate events can NextSpace accommodate?

Client receptions, product launches, company milestones, networking events, team celebrations, company-wide trainings, and large leadership gatherings. If you're hosting it for your company or your clients and the environment needs to match the occasion, we have the right space.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Our spaces scale from intimate gatherings to large corporate events — meeting rooms for 2–20 guests, training rooms for 30–100 guests, and Central Park, our signature upstairs venue, for up to 200 guests. Multi-room configurations are also available.

What is Central Park?

Central Park is NextSpace's signature upstairs event venue. It features a full bar, catering kitchen, indoor-outdoor flow with balcony access, a full AV suite including a 4K DVLED video wall, four vertical 1080p displays, and a 4K projector — plus a hidden room your guests will be talking about on the way home. Capacity up to 200 guests, starting at $819/hour.

What's included with an event booking?

AV setup and testing, dedicated WiFi, on-site hospitality support, complimentary refreshments, parking, and lounge access. For larger events, our team can arrange catering and coordinate every logistical detail so you walk in as the host, not the event planner.

Do you offer catering?

Yes. Our hospitality team can arrange catering for your meeting or event. Let us know what you need when you submit your request.

Can I do a site visit before booking an event?

Yes — we strongly recommend it for events. Book a tour and we'll walk you through every space so you can plan the layout and flow before the day arrives.

Executive Offsites

What makes NextSpace a good offsite venue?

Most offsites fail before they start — wrong room, broken AV, nobody to help. At NextSpace, every room is engineered to perform, every detail is handled before your team arrives, and our hospitality team makes sure your group shows up focused and leaves with momentum. Half-day, full-day, or multi-session — we build the setup around what you need.

Do you offer full-day and half-day rates?

Yes. Full-day and half-day packages are available for offsites. Mention it when you submit your request and our Experience Team will discuss the right format for your group.

How far in advance should we book an offsite?

As soon as you have a date. Full-day offsites and multi-room setups book faster than single-session reservations. Reach out and we'll confirm availability.

NextSpace Studios

What is NextSpace Studios?

NextSpace Studios is our full-service podcast and video production studio — built and operated by the same team behind every room in the facility. It's designed for business professionals who need production-quality content without building their own studio or managing a production crew.

What can I produce at NextSpace Studios?

Podcast episodes, video interviews, thought leadership content, company announcements, training videos, social media content, and more. The studio is equipped for both solo and multi-guest recordings.

Who is the studio designed for?

Executives, marketing teams, consultants, and business professionals who want to create professional content that reflects well on their brand — without the complexity of managing a production setup themselves.

How do I book the studio?

Submit a studio booking request at nextspaceaz.com/studio or contact our Experience Team directly. Share what you're trying to produce and we'll handle the rest.
