As 2025 draws to a close, the NextSpace team is reflecting on a year that redefined what’s possible. From bold ideas that took flight to milestones that were met and surpassed, this year has been nothing short of extraordinary. Before we turn the page to 2026, we’re celebrating our standout moments that made 2025 truly legendary and set the stage for even bigger things ahead for NextSpace.

WMO 2025

NextSpace brought the hype to this year’s Waste Management Open with an unforgettable pre- and post-party! From 360° photo booths and live music to standout conversations and new connections, the week delivered nonstop memories for more than 1,100 attendees.

We’re already buzzing for WMO Peak Week 2026 because if this year was any indication, NextSpace is gearing up to make next year’s celebration even bigger, bolder, and better than ever!

4500+ people through the building

Whether guests were attending an event, hosting a meeting, touring the space, or launching their next podcast, more than 4,500 people came through NextSpace this year! As we celebrated our first birthday as NextSpace, nothing made us happier than seeing so many creators, teams, and innovators enjoy the space, no matter the occasion.

Studios Relaunching

One of the year’s biggest highlights, for both the NextSpace team and the creative community, was the relaunch of NextSpace Studios! Packed with state-of-the-art tech, sharp design, and a refreshed layout, the new studio is already thriving with creators producing content with purpose.

NextSpace Studios is all about empowering visionaries across the Valley, giving them a space that elevates their storytelling and brings their brands to life. And with the momentum already building, we can’t wait to see who steps into the studio in 2026.

Speaker Series Launch

To close out 2025 on a high note, we leveled up with the launch of the NextSpace Speaker Series, a new experience designed for business leaders to grow, learn, and connect. We wanted to create a series of events where we bring in sought-after speakers who deliver fresh insights and bold perspectives tailored to leaders across the Valley.

Paired with dedicated time for networking and real conversations, this series created a space where professionals could exchange ideas, spark collaborations, and sharpen their leadership. With this launch, NextSpace officially became the place for connection, growth, and elevated thought—and we’re just getting started.

Nexus Partners Launched

At the start of 2025,  a community of high-caliber professionals came together to not only help NextSpace come to life and make it what it is, but also help other businesses design, build, and future-proof their next workspace. This powerhouse collective, known as Nexus Partners, was created to make the entire workplace-design journey seamless, strategic, and inspiring.

From concept to completion, Nexus Partners simplifies every step, giving companies direct access to the experts they need to bring their vision to life. Together, we’re transforming how teams think about their environment and redefining what a next-generation workspace can be.

Arrive Partnership

One of the most exciting milestones of 2025 was our new partnership with Arrive. Their team helped us transform how professionals use our space, quickly turning NextSpace into a go-to meeting destination for business leaders across the Valley, and for those visiting the Phoenix area.

From standout events to seamless concierge support, Arrive paired perfectly with our dynamic meeting rooms bringing in companies and leaders through our doors and sparking countless new relationships along the way. We couldn’t be more excited about what this partnership will continue to unlock in the years ahead.
