All three tiers include the same core package: priority booking, a dedicated venue contact, setup and teardown, built-in A/V, and day-of venue coordination. The only difference between Essential and Professional is hours — 10 vs. 20 per month. Custom is built around your volume with a discounted monthly rate negotiated directly.
Essetnail and Professional tiers come with a locked monthly rate — your price is fixed and won't change as long as you're in the program. Custom partners receive a discounted rate negotiated to reflect their volume and commitment level. The more you use NextSpace, the better the rate we can build together.
Yes — your monthly hours are flexible across any events you book at NextSpace during that period. No restriction on client type or event format. Use them however your schedule demands.
Additional hours are available at your partner rate on top of your monthly block. If you're consistently going over, that's a good signal it's time to move to the next tier or build a Custom arrangement — we'll have that conversation with you proactively.
